Payment terms

The contract for the purchase and sale of products is considered concluded from the moment the order is paid for in the online store or by selecting an invoice. PackForce Finland Oy sends an order confirmation as an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer. 

The prices of the online store may differ from other PackForce Finland Oy prices. The prices of the online store are valid as they are at the time of ordering. 

24% VAT is added to all prices at the online store checkout. 

Delivery costs are added to orders according to the weight or volume of the shipment. 

The customer can pay for the order with the online store's payment methods or invoice within three (3) days or as a contract customer at a separately specified time. 

The customer can choose the payment method for the order. The following payment methods are available in PackForce Finland Oy's online store: Paytrail (online payment buttons for domestic banks Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Pankki), invoice and installment services Collector and Jousto or credit card payment Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard and Diners Club. According to the agreement, corporate customers can also pay by invoice. 

The order is delivered when it has been paid in full in advance, except for the invoicing agreements made with PackForce Finland Oy's contract customers. 

The customer's order can be canceled if the customer has not paid for the order within 3 working days, except for the traditional invoice of a contract customer.
