General terms
These general terms and conditions of PackForce Finland Oy (Business ID 2573177-4) apply to all orders placed in the online store in Finland between the seller and the customer. The precondition for registering as a customer and paying by invoice is that the company has a delivery and invoicing address in Finland and the company is entered in the Trade Register (Business ID). Private customers can order by paying for their purchases with a bank payment or a credit card.
PackForce Finland Oy has the right to change or supplement the terms and prices without prior notice. These changes and additions will be announced on the www.packforce.fi and will take effect after publication.
The personal information submitted in connection with the order in PackForce Finland Oy's online store is confidential. By entering the information into the online store, you give PackForce Finland Oy the right to collect and process personal information (company name, name, contact information, delivery address, e-mail address, etc.) and to pass on the customer's contact information to the supplier. An encrypted communication connection with the bank guarantees the security of the customer's banking information. PackForce Finland Oy does not have access to this information.
PackForce Finland Oy has the right to use the customer's e-mail address for marketing if the customer has given permission in PackForce Finland Oy's online store when joining the e-mail list.
The customer has the right to cancel the receipt of the newsletter at any time by sending a relevant notice to PackForce Finland Oy's e-mail address myynti@packforce.fi or by following the instructions in the newsletter.
In addition to the current conditions, when purchasing from an online store, the applicable Finnish and EU legislation regarding consumer trade, marketing and advertising is adhered to in the trade relationship. The sales agreement between corporate customers and PackForce Finland Oy primarily complies with these terms and conditions and in other respects with the Finnish Commercial Code.
No registration is required in the online store. However, it is a good idea to register in order to receive information about promotions and / or contract prices for business customers.
The customer must carefully fill in the contact and / or delivery information fields, as precise and accurate information ensures fast and smooth delivery and helps to resolve any complaints.
The customer must choose the delivery method for the order. PackForce Finland Oy offers the following delivery methods: pick-up, Posti, Matkahuolto or Schenker.
The customer can choose the payment method for the order. The following payment methods are available in PackForce Finland Oy's online store: Paytrail (online payment buttons for domestic banks Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Pankki), invoice and installment services Collector and Jousto or credit card payment Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard and Diners Club. According to the agreement, corporate customers can also pay by invoice.
In the online store, orders that the customer has paid in advance will be processed upon receipt of payment on working days from 8.00 to 16.00. Orders confirmed after 15:00 will be processed during the next business day according to the amount of work required. This also applies if pick-up was selected as the delivery method.
ORDER CANCELLATION, PRODUCT RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
PackForce Finland Oy has the right to cancel a trade agreement made through the online store without sanctions and not to offer the service or deliver the ordered products in the following cases: the products are out of stock or the price or features of the products are incorrectly presented due to an online store system error.
If PackForce Finland Oy is unable to deliver the order placed in the online store, the customer will be notified within two (2) working days of the order by phone or e-mail. The advance payment made by the customer will be refunded within three (3) working days, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
PackForce Finland Oy is responsible for products sold that do not comply with the terms of the contract. The customer has a 14-day right of return for products that do not meet the requirements at the expense of PackForce Finland Oy. The ordered products cannot be returned if they have been manufactured in accordance with the customer's special wishes and in accordance with the conditions set by the customer. PackForce Finland Oy is responsible for the products it sells that do not comply with the terms of the contract, i.e. for products that do not meet the requirements or are defective. In this case, the customer has the right to demand that PackForce Finland Oy replace these products with products matching the requirements or cancel the sales agreement and return the goods that do not meet the requirements at the expense of PackForce Finland Oy.
PackForce Finland Oy is not responsible for product defects that have occurred after the order has been delivered: due to improper use or maintenance, natural wear and tear in normal use, intentional or accidental damage to the products by the customer, or maintenance or repair work performed by an unqualified person.
When products are sold in an online store to a consumer, the corresponding provisions of the Consumer Protection Act apply to the cancellation of a sales contract and product returns. The customer also has the right to inspect the goods within 14 days and cancel the order within 14 days of the delivery of the products.
Returned products must contain all the parts that were in the product packaging and they must not be damaged or used. If the products have been ordered during a campaign in which another product is combined with the ordered product, the buyer must return all products.
When returning products that have not met the requirements, the amount paid for the products and the shipping costs arising from their return will be transferred to the bank account indicated by the buyer within 14 days of receiving the order cancellation notice, if the returned products have arrived at PackForce Finland Oy's warehouse.
If the inspection carried out by PackForce Finland Oy after the return of the products reveals that the returned products have been used or their quality has deteriorated, the customer must compensate for the decrease in the value of the goods. PackForce Finland Oy can file a claim within 30 days of the return of the product, and the buyer must compensate for the decrease in the value of the product.
If the customer does not agree with the reported reduction in value, the customer has the right to call an independent expert to determine the reduction of the product value. The costs related to the expert opinion are shared between the buyer and PackForce Finland Oy, unless the position of the other party turns out to be clearly unfounded. In that case, the costs of the expert review will be passed on to the party whose position is clearly unfounded.
