Transportation terms

The customer chooses the delivery method in the online store. PackForce Finland Oy offers Posti, Matkahuolto or Schenker transport services as delivery methods. Delivery costs belong to the customer. Orders over €750.00 with 0% VAT are free of freight. Alternatively, the customer can pick up the products from: PackForce Finland Oy, Moukarinkuja 4, 04300 Tuusula. 

PackForce Finland only delivers the products to the customer in Finland on the basis of a transport contract concluded with a third party. The customer's contact information can be provided to the freight carrier, and the driver can send the customer electronic messages regarding the delivery of the order. 

The prices of the online store are in euros (€). The prices are given without value added tax (VAT 0%). In the ordering phase, in addition to VAT (25,5%), a delivery fee is added to the prices so that the final price of the order is visible to the customer when the customer confirms the order in the online store. The prices of the products do not include delivery costs, instead these are stated separately in connection with the order and in the order confirmation. The price of the product is the price displayed on the online store page in connection with the product information at the time of ordering. Prices are valid until further notice or for a specified period. The prices of the products in the online store and deliveries are updated at regular intervals. Packforce Finland Oy reserves the right to correct and revise prices due to technical or human errors. If incorrect price information has been provided in the online store, and the error is so clear that the customer should have understood the error in question (e.g. the price is exceptionally low compared to the actual price or general price level), Packforce Finland Oy is not obliged to sell the product at the wrong price. 

The products in the order will be delivered to the address provided in connection with the order. The delivery address cannot be changed afterwards. 

If the products ordered by the customer are delivered by an employee of Posti or another transport company, the customer must accept the goods by signing the transport document. Before signing, the customer must ensure that the goods are in accordance with the order, and that they are not damaged or spoiled. If there is a difference in the quality or quantity of the goods compared to the customer's order or the product is damaged or spoiled, a corresponding notice will be added to the delivery notice and the notice must be sent immediately by e-mail to myynti@packforce.fi . 

PackForce Finland Oy delivers orders within 1-3 working days. 

If the products ordered by the customer are not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer / supplier, it is clear that the goods cannot be delivered within 1-3 working days. When the goods are handed over to the carrier, PackForce Finland Oy is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes from outside. The customer will be notified of these as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail. 

If the customer does not want the products due to a longer delivery time, the customer has the right to cancel the order and the amount paid by the customer (together with the shipping costs) will be returned to the customer's bank account. 

The customer is obliged to check the ordered goods immediately after delivery. If the customer notices differences in the structure or quantity of the goods, poor quality or other differences compared to the description presented in the online store or the order placed by the customer, the customer must immediately notify PackForce Finland Oy by e-mail to myynti@packforce.fi . 

If the products are damaged at the delivery address stated in the order, the responsibility passes to the customer.
